Norman Pace, Distinguished Professor of Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology at the University of Colorado, will deliver SCMB's Skerman lecture (https://www.uq.edu.au/scmb/calendar/#event_anchor_280) on Wednesday July 3. Professor Pace will be hosted by ACE during his visit to UQ next week.

Greengenes 12_10 is now available

The Greengenes database has been expanded (408K to >1M sequences), reconfigured in an all new look and is now managed under the auspices of The Greengenes Database Consortium of which ACE@UQ is a founding member.
