PhD: Molecular biology, San Diego State University- Research Interests
My interests range from the nerdy (bioinformatics and biostatistics) to the nearly invisible (biology of microbes and viruses). My main focus is characterizing microbial and viral communities in clinical samples, with the hopes of finding specific microbiota which define disease states.
